Osgood Center for International Studies Program

The School of Languages, Cultures and World Affairs is offering students interested in public service, especially foreign service and/or globally focused civil service the opportunity to participate in the Osgood Center for International Studies 2022 Leadership Program.

The Osgood Center for International Studies, a nonpartisan think tank in Washington D.C., is offering a two-week in person program in Washington D.C. (Jan. 10-20, 2022) or a one-week virtual program on Zoom (Jan. 17-21, 2022). Both are organized with the input and participation of well-known international and public affairs professionals. The School of Languages, Cultures and World Affairs and the International Studies Program have partnered with the Osgood Center to provide access to these programs for a select number of our students to attend these courses free of charge.

For the students selected funding will be provided to cover the cost of the program (application below). 

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Good Academic Standing with the College
  • Open to all majors. Preference will be given to students with a major/ minor in LCWA
  • Application Deadline: Dec. 3, 2021
